• Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

• Hosting Point PK reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be providing false or misleading information.

3. Service Usage Policy

• You agree not to host or transmit:

  • Spam or unsolicited emails.

  • Malware, viruses, or malicious scripts.

  • Pornographic, hateful, or defamatory content.

  • Any material that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.

• Misuse of our services may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

4. Payment and Billing

• All payments must be made in advance through our accepted payment methods.

• Hosting Point PK reserves the right to change pricing or packages with prior notice.

• Accounts that remain unpaid after the due date may be suspended or terminated.

• Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.

5. Service Delivery and Availability

• Hosting accounts are usually activated within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation.

• We strive for 99.9% uptime, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

• Hosting Point PK shall not be held liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

6. Data and Backups

• Clients are responsible for maintaining their own data backups.

• Hosting Point PK performs regular server backups, but these are not guaranteed to be complete or up-to-date.

• The company shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from server failure, accidental deletion, or hacking incidents.

7. Termination and Suspension

Hosting Point PK reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions.

• You engage in illegal or abusive activities.

• You fail to pay for services on time.

Upon termination, your access to hosting services and data may be permanently removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Hosting Point PK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

• Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client during the last billing cycle.

9. Modification of Terms

Hosting Point PK reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
