• Upon successful payment, hosting accounts are activated instantly or within 1–2 hours.

• Domain registration is processed immediately upon confirmation of payment.

• Login credentials and account details are sent to your registered email address.

2. Service Availability

• Our servers operate 24/7, with a guaranteed 99.9% uptime (except for scheduled maintenance).

• In case of service delays or downtime, our support team will notify affected clients promptly.

3. Support Policy

• Technical support is available via email and ticket system at support@hostingpoint.com.pk.

• Response times vary between 30 minutes to 6 hours, depending on the query.

4. Renewal & Termination

• Clients are notified via email before their hosting plan expires.

• Failure to renew before the due date may result in account suspension or data loss.
