We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our web hosting services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only to first-time purchases of hosting services made directly through Hosting Point PK.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of account activation.

• Refunds are not applicable to:

  • Domain name registrations or renewals.

  • SSL certificates or dedicated IPs.

  • Add-ons or custom services.

  • Violations of our Terms of Service.

2. Cancellation Procedure

To request a refund, please contact our billing department at billing@hostingpoint.com.pk with your order details and reason for cancellation.

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

• Any applicable transaction or gateway fees may be deducted.

4. Service Suspension

If an account is terminated due to a violation of Hosting Point PK’s policies, the user forfeits any refund rights.
