Non-Payment & Account Suspension Policy
In the event that a client’s account is suspended due to non-payment, their data will be stored on Hosting Point’s servers for a maximum period of three (3) days. During this time, clients may settle their outstanding balances to regain access to their data.
After the three-day grace period, all client data will be permanently erased from our servers. Once deleted, this data is non-recoverable and cannot be retrieved or restored. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely payments to avoid data loss.
